"Delivery is usually really quick, but this time it was a bit slow, but when I called the office the gentleman advised that you had received an influct of orders over the Easter holidays and was catching up, he expedited my order and I received in in a couple of days, the product I ordered lawn moss and weed killer works really well."

Eventually got hold of someone by phone to cancel and get refund which they said they would do, however refund not received and had to raise via PayPal.Edit:Still waiting. Statement via Trustpilot the ONLY communication received from this company.Last week I finally got through to someone on the phone who cancelled this order at my request - but no refund received. Account not updated to show order cancelled. No items received, no refund received."

"Two weeks form order still no contact from A1 to say when I will be receiving my grass seed.Four weeks from my order, I eventually received my grass seed. If only A1 had wrote a simple sentence on my order that that there will be a delay processing my order then I would be have been satisfied.
