"I placed my order on 21 March, seems like the time when all the bad reviews started. I haven't received my goods, I've also asked for a full refund but they're not responding to several emails. I spoke to them on 26 March when I was told I should receive delivery on 28 March which never turned up, also an email on 27 to say my order was ready for dispatch, obviously hasn't (6 April).On their website they also promised same day dispatch on orders before 12noon Mon-Fri, this has now been removed from the website. I placed my order on good faith based on this information - now it appears to be false advertising."

"I ordered grass seed and fertiliser on the 22nd March. 2 weeks later, and having sent 4 emails and tried their phone line multiple times (it just rings out), I have no product, no communication, and zero response from any customer service channel. Their Amazon store has closed within the past fortnight too - these guys might be bust. AVOID at all costs."
