"The dispatch of my order was somewhat delayed, but was sent the day after I queried it (a lot of recent orders was the explanation). When it did arrive on the date of dispatch the containing carton was correctly addressed - but the contents bore no relationship to what I had ordered. Not realising the error, I had to spend two days dealing with the fact that I had sown my lawns with grass seed intended for use in horse paddocks - re-scarating the grass , removing as much of the wrong seed as I could before re-sowing my lawns with the product intended. Being a long-standing customer, my confidence in the company getting things right was obviously misplaced; I should have taken greater care to check it on receipt.The prompt dispatch of the correct order was, however, appreciated - as was the concern expressed by the person to whom I spoke."
