Eventually got hold of someone by phone to cancel and get refund which they said they would do, however refund not received and had to raise via PayPal.Edit:Still waiting. Statement via Trustpilot the ONLY communication received from this company.Last week I finally got through to someone on the phone who cancelled this order at my request - but no refund received. Account not updated to show order cancelled. No items received, no refund received."

Today, I find myself in a predicament, having to spend an additional £150 on alternative grass seed for a renovation scheduled for tomorrow. Given the unpredictable weather conditions, prompt delivery is crucial for gardeners to seize dry spells efficiently."
